A rallying call is being sounded to bowls players across Ryedale to sign up and play at the newly re-opened bowls centre in Norton.
Two open sessions are being held, one was Thursday and one is Sunday 22/09 between 10.00am and 12pm.
Ryedale District Council have granted a licence to bowl to the Ryedale Community and Leisure Centre.
The open days give everyone a chance to come along play, pay memberships and enjoy social bowling. Competitive leagues are intended to commence in the following week.
RCLC chairman John Harrison said it will be great to get back in the building and see it used again.
